This restaurant was well decorated, fun, and immersive, themed like New Orleans with performing bands and representative architecture. The staff was very friendly and extremely receptive to our needs, and they gave my family member a beignet with a candle in it since it was her birthday! The food was tasty but not excellent, make sure you read the food descriptions for each item as they have their own take on some classic items like a Caesar Salad. I would recommend this place for an informal, fun occasion in Downtown Disney!

The food was exceptionally good!! I tried the chef's special and it was amazing. My brother tried the blackened chicken mac and cheese, with like a spicy Creole sauce, he said it was delicious. Our server, Paul was friendly and attentive. The hostess that seated us was a little rude, but otherwise an amazing experience! I will definitely be back for the beignets...

Saw this place the first night we landed in Disney. Was finally able to grab some food here today. Out of all the places that we have eaten in downtown Disney, this ranks up top as the food was delicious and delivered in flavor. We ordered the Popcorn Shrimp Po' Boy with Cajun Fries. The shrimp is big for popcorn size. They were fried fresh and still retained their shrimp flavor. The French bun was fresh made in house and was a great vehicle for the shrimp. The lettuce, tomatoes, and bursts of pickles were a welcomed companion for the Fried shrimp. Will order again!! I can tell the fries were fresh cut and not the frozen variety nor the twice fried kind. The Cajun spices were a nice change. We also got the bite sized beignets. It appears that they get their formula from the famous Café Du Mont, but they weren't as good as the Louisiana landmark. I suspect humidity plays a role in making the landmark location's legendary.

I love their beignets. Have to stop there at least once each time I'm in the area. Reasonably priced and you don't have to go into the park. Lines usually are not long, short wait to get fresh beignets in a variety of size options.

The food was okay...the place was unique and cool to be in. I ordered the shrimp and grits and it was kinda disappointing. It came out kinda cold and wasn't very flavorful. Our waitress was really awesome though. She helped redeem the food. The banana foster was really cool to watch on how it was made. They helped us be able to celebrate our birthday, they didnt have what they normally do so they problem solved and brought us fruit which was really tasty.

This place has really good food. It is New Orleans food, with an emphasis on the French influence. That being said, it is quite pricey for what you get. Similar quality food can be found for cheaper, but not anywhere near Disney, and not with the beautiful atmosphere that the Jazz Kitchen has. You are partially paying for ambience, partially paying for proximity to the Park, and partially for good quality, higher-end food. If I have a choice, and the budget, I eat here.

On par with Disneyland food prices. The beignets are fresh and hot. Way larger than those found inside the park. No specialty beignets offered just traditional powdered sugar. The gumbo was awesome, but it doesn't come in a bread bowl. You'll need to order a side of french bread to achieve the same result for dipping. The bread pudding was spot on. *Beware, it has raisins, in case you're not a fan of them.

True New Orleans feel to the location. Large courtyard seating with a true New Orleans menu. Good is not spicy at all. Jambalaya pasta is amazing! And don't forget to add the Jalapeno Cornbread!

What a great experience! Our last meal at Disney and everything was fantastic. We ate till we couldn't breathe and still talked about coming back because we didn't try everything! We had reservations (highly recommended) and we're seated right away. Our server, Heather, was on point! She made great appetizer recommendations, entree recommendations, drinks, and of course, dessert.Heather recommended the shrimp and grits and they were so good, and so generous with the shrimp. I want to come back for this dish! Everyone's dish was served hot and was well seasoned. Our server took great care of us, checking on us often during the meal. She recommended the chocolate bread pudding before the meal was over. It was delicious! Of course we had beignets! Perfect! We were happy with everything! Did I mention the live jazz music?? Perfect volume and great songs! Go! You will enjoy! We are definitely coming back!

My family visited Ralph's on Christmas Day and had a wonderful experience. The ambiance was lovely, our waiter was attentive, kind and knowledgeable of everything on the menu, and the food was delicious. We had our picture taken and it was beautiful. The only complaint I have is about the temperature. I wish they had more of the heaters. We were upstairs and dined inside, but there was still a chill in the air and everyone in my party was a bit cold. Having heaters in the inside or close to the door would have made the experience perfect. Overall it is a great restaurant that I highly recommend.

5 stars for the beignets alone - sweet, soft and fresh. Much better than the funnel cakes and churros that you can get from the carts outside if youÒ€ℒre looking for fried dough covered in powdered sugar. We also bought the mix to make these at home. IÒ€ℒm glad we donÒ€ℒt have these guys in our home town or IÒ€ℒd double my weight in a week! Maybe shouldnÒ€ℒt have bought the mix after all....

Now having spent a month in New Orleans (and having ate at the actual Brennan's Restaurant), the Jazz Kitchen really does a good job bringing a taste of the NOLA experience to California in Downtown Disney. Food is slightly overpriced, but quite reasonable for a resort. The restaurant is perfect for large parties and a nice break from the craziness of the theme parks. From decor to the live music, the restaurant creates a nice ambiance that feels just as festive as the French Quarters. Our favorite dish from the menu is actually the bread pudding, however, the banana foster has the best presentation and never fails to impress our guests. Basically, save room for dessert, it's the best part of your meal at Jazz Kitchen. P.S. If you're in a hurry, quick bites are available in the small shop adjacent to the restaurant called "Jazz Kitchen Express".

The chicken mac n cheese is great. The Jambalaya is average. The garlic cheese bread is great. Live piano singer after 6pm

We had a late lunch here the other day and Sam was our server. He was a very kind folk and a great server. We had a great time, the bananas foster was mega neato and our drinks were tasty AF.

I appreciated that they had a nice veggie burger option that included avocado! The pickled onions & arugula were a nice addition as well. Fries were seasoned.I was told the pasta was good, but can't really give much details. We had some sort of cheese and/or garlic bread as an appetizer, but I wasn't the biggest fan as it was very dense & oily. Our waiter kept referring to us as 'friend' & was very polite.I thought the women's restroom was nicely decorated.

We frequently walk to Downtown Disney and enjoy stopping here for beignets. Today we had lunch there. I had jambalaya shrimp and it was very good. Good service and there was live music.

Ralph Brennan's has to be the best restaurant there is in the Downtown Disney district. The food is always excellent and the service outstanding... especially Ashley. If you are looking for a place to eat, stop here.

Came here on a Friday night with a reservation. Pleasant service off the bat that kept up all night. Live music which drown out the screaming kids. Great drinks. Good food. Nice time.

Great service. A bit pricey but itÒ€ℒs Downtown Disney so....They service was great and our server was very helpful. The food was absolutely incredible. My husband and I shared the Boudin Ball appetizer which was delicious. The sauces that come with are to die for. We split the Blacken Chicken Mac-n-Cheese. More than enough for the two of us and was done to perfection. Lost a star just because our bill as over 40 for a split meal and one ice tea. I would love to have been there when the jazz was playing.

Oh my goodness. New Orleans in Downtown Disney. I got the filet and also the gumbo and we got the chocolate sufle to end our meal and knowing myself I got hot chocolate. The meal literally 5 out of 5. My steak was perfect and the mashed potatoes were really good as well. The staff super friendly and willing to listen and just amazing. I would highly reccomend this place.

This place gets an enthusiastic 5 stars for decor and ambience. Service is also good, but the food is a false note here. Uninteresting, bland and neither authentic nor inspired. The live Jazz performances were nice, and together with the ambulance prop up this place.

My first visit was 2 hours ago. This was the absolute best chicken Caesar salad I have ever had! To start we had an order of their special garlic bread and again I have never had better. The service was perfect as well. I can't wait to go back with family and friends and celebrate something special. You'll thank me for this suggestion.
